Reich: the Democratic Party enabled Trump

See his article here. He first explains how the GOP and the media enabled Trump. But the Dem Party did too by abandoning the working class in favor of sucking up to corporate money. Both Clinton I and Obama pushed free trade deals that left the working class out in the cold. They didn't protect trade unions from corporate and big money assault, or impose criminal penalties on them when they blatantly violated the law. Instead they let corporations grow larger via merger so that there was far less competition verging on monopolies. This all provided an opening for Trump's demagoguery against a truly rigged system.
