Twamp wags the dog

Following up on the last post, given the Russian warning many are now thinking the bombing was just to distract from Twamp's abysmal record of failure to date and bolster his Biggest Loser approval ratings. This despicable #NotMyPresident would see innocents killed just to change the subject from his being the Failure he is.
