What a difference a new Mayor makes

New Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller plans to shift to solar at 10 facilities so that they get 25% of their energy from that resource by 2025. It's environmentally friendly and it saves tax payer money. Funny how this sort of agenda only gets going by a progressive.
