Schmidt: There is blood on Dump's (tiny) hands

Schmidt is a Republican strategist from way back in the day when at least a few Republicans had decent human values. And he is confident that Dump moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem was intended as red meat for his rabid base no matter the consequence in human lives, especially since the lives lost were dark people.
