Goldman Sachs settles with the DOJ

See this article where they agreed to pay $5 billion. It's a minuscule fraction of what they stole from investors and the public. I'd be glad to pay back a bank $1,000 after I robbed it for $1,000,000 with no criminal prosecution, but it doesn't work that way for me.
