McDonalds on the benefits of increased minimum wage

After McD raised its minimum wage to $10 an hour its US President said that it increased employee loyalty, reduced the turnover rate and increased sales due to better customer satisfaction. Once again the ideology that denounces minimum wage increases has proven to be completely unrelated to reality.
