Dems win another special election in Dump country

A Dem won a special election by 9 points in the Wisconsin 10th Senate district, a conservative district won handily by Dump in 2016 and which seat was held by a conservative since 2001. Just another sign that the Dumpsters are in for quite the turnaround this November.
