Govt. has to borrow $1 trillion after giving tax breaks to the rich

So said the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. This is almost twice as much borrowed last year. Why: "The CBO said tax receipts are going to be lower because of the new tax law." It's obvious that the Swamp is getting deeper by the day, stealing from us hard workers to give to the idle rich. Welfare!
