9th Circuit Court orders EPA to ban chlorpyriofos

The EPA earlier ignored the scientific evidence that chlorpyrifos is harmful to children and let it continue on the market. The 9th Circuit has ruled that given the evidence the EPA must now remove it from sale in the US. A triumph for health and safety!
