If impeached Dump cannot be pardoned

Robert Reich quotes Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution noting that once impeached by the House a President cannot be pardoned in the future by any President. That is key to prosecuting Dump after he leaves office. Here's hoping there are several jurisdictions that go after the Criminal in Chief.
