US health insurance refugees go to Mexico for care

See this piece. Millions of Americans go to Mexico for their dental care because they can't afford it here, even with so-called health insurance.  So do we get Medicare For All, which includes dental, or some BS compromise that keeps US refugees going to Mexico and money in health insurance executive pockets?
