Booker promotes charter schools

While LA teachers strike over charter schools siphoning public education money, corporate Booker is off to give a keynote address to a charter school rally. He'll likely throw his hat into the Dem primary for President so people should know he is not for we the people when it comes to education. And likely several other ways, to be determined later.
