How do the Parties govern differently?

Hartmann discusses research that shows how States completely controlled by one Party govern. Democratically controlled States increased the minimum wage, banned conversion therapy,  joined the movement to eliminate the Electoral College. The Repugnantan States eliminated restrictions on gun rights, banned sanctuary cities, weakened the BDS movement. The distinctions are quite clear.
