Twit hates mail-in ballots because he thinks they will hurt him. Twit installs his lackey as Postmaster to cause delays in mail delivery. Postmaster institutes new policies that cause mail deliveries, which is now happening. Given the pandemic we must rely on mail-in ballots but with the delays this will cause back logs, which Twit will use to claim fraud.
