Bannon v. the Catholic Church

While I certainly do not agree with all, or even most, of the Catholic Church's policies or dogma, I certainly agree with the Church and not Bannon on the issue of Dump rescinding DACA. The Church's statement said it was “certainly not Christian, and I would contend it’s not American.” Meanwhile Bannon said it's subterfuge because the Church needs illegal immigrants to fill its coffers.

Bannon also said the Church is out of its jurisdiction regarding such political matters, the same argument used against the Pope's Encyclical on climate change. Thing is, the Church uses experts from political fields that are much more informed than Bannon or the Dumpsters on such matters. Ironically the Pope is far less ideological driven by these things, unlike Bannon depending on the facts of the matter.
