Sanders on the Colbert show last night

Colbert of course brought up Clinton's new book where she blamed Sanders for losing, saying he offered pie in the sky freebies that were not practically feasible. Colbert asked Sanders to respond to it, and he said that if the other developed countries can provide healthcare for all then so can we. If those same countries can have livable wages then so can we. This are practical, attainable goals that we must not only shoot for but attain, and we not only can but must do it if we want to lay claim to being the best country on the planet.

Colbert then told Sanders that Clinton will be on the show next week and asked if he had anything to say to her. Sanders again took the high road and said to ask her to join the progressives in fighting for a $15 minimum wage, for Medicare-For-All, in taking on the fossil fuel industry and transitioning to renewable energy and other like issues which have majority support of we the people. I'm looking forward to hear how she responds.
