Ocasio-Cortez frames the debate correctly

In her interview with Trevor Noah he used conservative framing, asking how she plans to pay for a $15 minimum wage. She responds that that question is never framed by conservatives when they want to have endless war or give tax breaks to the rich. So she notes that spending on healthcare, education and housing is "an actual investment in our economy with wealth on the other end," whereas with conservative spending there is only wealth accumulated at the top at the public's expense.
