Rep. Castro thinks Russia investigation will end in jail time

Castro is on the House Intelligence Committee investigating Russia's interference in our election and possibly collusion by the Twamp campaign. From what Castro has seen so far he thinks more than one person on that campaign will end up in jail. Obviously he could not reveal the evidence to support that speculation but he made it nonetheless.
