California becomes a sanctuary State

Governor Brown signed the Senate Bill making the entirety of CA a sanctuary for illegal immigrants. That means CA is defying Dump's attempt to threaten sanctuary cities with cutting of federal funds. Basically CA gave Dump the middle finger, since CA's booming economy can afford to get by without the federal funds.
