Ginsberg shuts down Gorsich in the Supreme Corp

In the gerrymandering case currently before the Court Gorsich spoke up, trying to destroy the plaintiff's argument, saying that telling States how to conduct elections is not explicitly in the Constitution. Ginsberg immediately retorted that in fact the Court has already decided in a number of precedent cases that the Court indeed has such authority. Whereby plaintiff counsel proceeded to cite those very cases. This shut up Gorsich for the rest of oral arguments. Ginsberg might be getting on in age but she's still sharp as a whip and still knows her law and Constitution. Gorsich apparently does not.
