Purity is useless against fascism

I saw this excellent take about purity on Facecrook. Nature is a dirty business and so is fighting fascism. If we're going to win a war of words with them we need to drop the purity of fair play and open debate, for they play down and dirty like savage beasts. Wars of any kind are ugly and messy, full of blood and piss and shit. Get down in the slimy trenches and do what's necessary to win this war at the verbal level before it's too late.
