Kobach's alien voter claim in Kansas court

Palast reports that the League of Women Voters are taking Kansas Secretary of State Kobach to court over the latter's law requiring voter to provide proof of citizenship to vote. The law has blocked 1 in 7 new registrants from voting because it specifically targets low-income voters who typically vote Democratic because they are less likely to have the documents necessary to prove it due to the cost and time off from work. And the requirement is based on the lie of mass illegal voters, which to date Kobach has convicted only one non-citizen voter.
