Meditation and gamma waves

This brief talk shows that Olympic level meditators have a continual gamma brain wave patterns, rare among those that do not have this level of concentration. He briefly notes that gamma waves are associated with an 'enlightenment state of consciousness. I'll have to do some more research on that one.
