Reich: 2020 will be won by progressives

To get out the vote we need those who inspire us, which are true progressives, not centrists. We need grand, bold ideas that challenge the status quo and promote transformative change of a corrupt system into one that helps everyone. We need those who are of, for and by the people and against the oligarchy that seeks to destroy democracy. We don't need a centrist that will try to find a lame compromise between the two factions because the oligarchy will never compromise; we need someone who will fight to make the rich and corporations pay their fair share whether they like it or not.

We also don't need to go back to a make-believe fantasy that the system was better with Obama, Biden's pitch. The system was still rigged then and Obama's capitulations to that system only maintained it. We need a transformative revolution if we ever hope to create a fair system for all. We need authentic, progressive fighters like Sanders and the Squad to defeat the oligarchy and create a fairer democracy that responds to we the people, which means we are the leaders and our representatives serve us.
