Pelosi delays sending impeachment to Senate

Pelosi said that she's holding up sending it to the Senate until she sees how they'll process it.  She wants to insure that it will get a fair hearing. Knowing the Senate they'll take action without her input, even if it's Constitutionally necessary. (Not sure that it is?) They've long shown that that founding document means nothing to them.
