Conscious, ethical purchasing

Here's just one example of why we should chose alternative food purchases based not solely on price. While not every low-cost food source employs slaves like these chocolate companies, many are involved in a whole network of unfair labor practices, low wages and environmental costs just to provide a low-cost product. We do need to take that into account when we purchase things.
