Don't confirm Garland, period

See this article on Garland's nomination for the Supreme Corp. Therein a Republican Senator said we should hold up Garland's nomination unless the Republicans lose the Presidential race in November. Then he urges the Senate to confirm him ASAP because Clinton will likely nominate someone 'liberal.' Meaning Garland is really more in line with the Republicans, and given his rulings will likely support Citizens United if it come before the high court again. Garland was a bad pick from the start, apparently just to prove the Republicans were once again being obstructive to the point they'd even block someone who agrees with them. I say no to Garland, period. If Clinton wins the general election then drop Garland. But you see, Clinton is herself a creature of Citizens United and will likely keep him as the nominee.
