GOP budget admits to increasing the debt a LOT

Following up on this post, the proposed Republican budget admits that the Obamacare repeal will "increase the public debt to more than $29.1 trillion by 2026." I thought Republicans were the Party against increasing the debt, that it was their number one concern. And if you believed that one you probably also voted for Twampler.
