See Maddow's report on this below. Twamp said, after his classified briefing, that the report says there was absolutely no effect on the election of the hack. The report, however, stated that it did not access the effect on the election. Twamp also said that the Russians did not succeed in hacking the Republicans when in fact it says the complete opposite. Facts, I know. And I also know they don't matter at all to Republicans or Twamp.
