NY prepares to charge Manafort if pardoned
Yep, even if Dump pardons Manafort the NY County AG is preparing to file charges, which cannot be pardoned by the Presidunce. Hopefully other States are ready to do the same if/when Dump pardons others, particularly his family and himself.
