9th Circuit Court of Appeals hands Biggest Loser a Yuuuuge loss

After a Federal Court Judge in Seattle stayed Twampler's Muslim travel ban, Big Baby's Justice Department took it to the 9th Circuit of Appeals to get the ban reinstated. The Court ruled today to retain the stay on the ban. This ruling is just on the emergency request to overturn the stay. The case will proceed in court on the merits. My guess, the Biggest Loser will continue to lose this and most other cases filed against his dictatorial edicts. This is still a democracy, despite the Twamp swamp wanting it otherwise. Even if the US has been down-graded to flawed democracy, we're not yet the sort of fascist regime Twamper and the GOP want.

"We hold that the Government has not shown a likelihood of success on the merits of its appeal, nor has it shown that failure to enter a stay would cause irreparable injury, and we therefore deny its emergency motion for a stay."
