First Dump makes a deal with Kennedy to step down for the sole purpose of nominating someone new to the bench before the mid-terms. Now one of Dump's possible replacements is U.S. Circuit Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, a former clerk for Justice Kennedy, who stated unequivocally that "the nation’s chief executive should be exempt from time-consuming and distracting lawsuits and investigations, which would ill serve the public interest, especially in times of financial or national security crisis." So Dump, a subject in a criminal investigation into collusion with a foreign government, wants to appoint a judge to the Supreme Corp who will rule on the Mueller investigation? Rigged!
