HHS placed immigrant children with traffickers

WTF, seriously? Yes, it's true according to this story citing a US Senate Report on Health and Human Services (HHS) immigrant child placement program. HHS looks to place these children separated from their parents in the custody of adults but in some cases is not checking their backgrounds.
