Hartmann discusses this in the video below. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) analyzes the financial impact when Congress proposes a budget. So the Republicans passed a new rule that bars the CBO from reporting on the deficit spending that will result from repealing Obamacare. Basically they don't want the CBO to do what it's supposed to do, and they don't want the public to know how much the repeal will hurt the economy. Does that tell you anything?
