Cornell West on neoliberalism

Via his adamant attack on Coates defense of Obama and his maintenance of it. So now the PC police are on West's case for being so hard on a fellow African-American. No, West was being hard on neo-liberalism, and rightfully so, as its latest iteration in the US is fascism. Fascism, that is, as in the rich taking over government. I say A-f*cking-men to West. It's high time to stand up and fight hard like him, as this really is a battle against fascism. There's no time for polite manners or discourse, as it is taken as a sign of weakness by the fascists and gives them increasing leverage to continue their agenda.
