Manafort's "otherwise blameless life?"

That's what the judge said in Manafort's sentencing, only giving him 4 years when the sentencing guidelines were up to six times longer. His statement about an "otherwise blameless life" is absurd in the extreme given Manafort's long criminal history. The judge is obviously in the Presidunce's bag, as he has been highly critical of the Mueller investigation.
