Federal Court overturns Twampler's ficudiary rule jihad

Following up on this post, a Texas federal judge ordered that the Obama Administration rule requiring financial advisors to give advice in the best interest of clients be upheld. This directly overturns Twampler telling the Labor Dept. to basically scrap the rule. This is the third court to rule on this in the same way. No doubt King Fascist will spew all over Twitter.
