EPI: The tax reform Bill is a scam

We progressives knew this from the beginning, but the Economic Policy Institute confirms it. The scam provides higher incomes for the top and does nothing for the rest of us. The EPI will be giving testimony to this effect to the Tax Policy Subcommittee of the Ways and Means Committee, which being governed by the same Repugnantans that passed the scam will no doubt suppress, with a willing corporate press obeying.
