A different organizing paradigm

In this article by Mascolo it notes that "multiple strands that weave in and out of each other" requires "higher-order skills" of "constructive differentiation and inter-coordination of skill elements from diverse task domains." It is much more in line with my theurjism hier(an)archical synplexity, and Edwards' et al notion of syntegrity. It is the way the collaborative commons operates, a different organizing paradigm.
