Leonard, Allenna (1996). "Team syntegrity: A new methodology for group work." European Management Journal 14:4. Abstract:
"Team
Syntegrity is a new process, developed by management cybernetician
Stafford Beer, for enabling groups to work together in a democratic,
non-hierarchical fashion to capture their best thinking. It is a
particularly appropriate process to use when groups are characterized by
high levels of diversity - either because they come from different
countries, such as the members of the European Community or NAFTA, or
because they come from different political, cultural or disciplinary
perspectives."
