As a dancer I strongly relate to this one. The blurb:
Be it
rhythmic or shuffling, athletic or pedestrian, erotic or just social,
dance is an art form that utilizes movement of the body through space.
Could the aesthetic experience of being physically present and embodied
in the world be considered a way of knowing? Is there something in
particular we can come to know by watching or performing dance? And are
there broader lessons that dance can teach us about human perception and
action? John and Ken hit the floor with Alva Noƫ from UC Berkeley,
author of "Strange Tools: Art and Human Nature."
Our house is on fire. Join the resistance: Do no harm/take no shit. My idiosyncratic and confluent bricolage of progressive politics, the collaborative commons, next generation cognitive neuroscience, American pragmatism, de/reconstruction, dynamic systems, embodied realism, postmetaphysics, psychodynamics, aesthetics. It ain't much but it's not nothing.

Sanders on Meet the Press today
As usual, he doesn't accept Todd's framing and defines himself instead of engaging in a pissing contest. Yes, there are differences with Clinton but he shifts the emphasis to what he believes and has done and not on negatives about Clinton. Todd is an amateur way out of his league with Sanders.

And regressives go after the poor & ignore this?
They want to cut social security, Medicare and food stamps and yet they don't do a damned thing about this. WTF is wrong with those assholes?
"The 500 largest US companies are sitting on more than $2.1 trillion in overseas cash hoards, allowing them to avoid paying an estimated $620 billion in US taxes if the funds were repatriated, according to a new report by the progressive Center for Tax Justice and the US Public Interest Research Group Education Fund."

Warren: the American people or the NRA?
Senate Republicans refuse to pass even the most minimal, sensible gun legislation. So Warren gives them a simple choice. And we know which one they've always chosen and will continue to do so. They do not give a flying fuck about the 7 children dying each day from gun violence.
Gluten intolerance
Whether you're actually, medically gluten intolerant--and that's a very small percentage of people--you too can be intolerant of anyone who eats gluten under the guise of caring about their health.
