Senators and Representatives,
The Supreme Court's decisions in cases like Citizens United v. FEC and McCutcheon v. FEC threaten to tear apart the fabric of our democracy by granting powerful corporations and wealthy donors unfettered influence in our political process. These decisions mark a drastic departure from previous law and our core values as a nation, and must be met with an appropriate response.
Please support and pass a constitutional amendment to ensure lawmakers have the authority to protect the voice of the voter from getting drowned out by big money, and place commonsense limits on corporate, special interest and big donor influence in elections without delay.
