Warren to Congressional Progressive Caucus

Warren for President in 2020! Here's her speech today to the 2017 Progressive Congress Strategy Summit in Baltimore. It's time for all Dems to grow a spine and fight like hell to address the crisis of democracy we are now facing. Nothing less will do the job. And there is no more time to lose.

She also accurately proclaims that progressives and Democrats must hold themselves accountable for their recent and past election losses. No more excuses. Such defeat is largely due to the lack of spine, to stand up for principles, to shout them from the rooftops and vote accordingly. And most importantly, she elucidates some of the progressive values and moral imperatives for which we must fight with all our might, like basic dignity and respect for every human being and economic opportunity for everyone.
