Your ConMander in Chief couldn't be bothered

See this story wherein Twampler ordered a special forces raid on Al-Qaida in Yemen. The ConMander didn't have the conviction to support the troops and was absent from the Situation Room, cozily sleeping in his bed. Intelligence sources said that the raid was conducted "without sufficient intelligence, ground support or adequate backup preparations." Hence the death toll incurred. Not a Commander in Chief at all but as already stated, a ConMander.
