Palast and ACLU Kansas take legal action on voter purges

They've demanded these 29 States provide a list of all voters that were purged from voting records due to supposed double voting. Palast has repeatedly proven that the Interstate Cross-Check program has done this by cheating, estimating more than a million voters have been disenfranchised. This should be good to see if the States comply. Apparently Oklahoma has done so and there is evidence of many false positives.
