The progressive war

I agree with the author. One side moves us forward, the other back. Ther is no compromise here on climate change and income inequality; one side is right and the other wrong. It is indeed a war and one side needs to win, much like on the issue of slavery.

Now granted the Dimocrapic Party itself is part of the problem and in an internal war. And that war too has to be won by the progressives, for again one side is right and the other wrong. But we've been seeing a lot of positive results lately where the progressives are unseating the corporate Dim in races and that will only continue. The war for control of the Dim Party must also be won and it will be. 

And as usual, California is always the US bellwether into the future.
