He's seen the same kind of tactics used in Russia that Dump is now using: Lying constantly to the public while accusing anyone who challenges those lies as fake. That is especially fascist when respected media source, endowed with the responsibility to report the truth, are targets for such lies. But not surprising, given Putin and Russia are Dump's heroes so he's making Russia the model for making America hate again.
