Ari Melber on FISA law and Nunes' farce

He first lays out the law, which is that the FISA court is the one who approves surveillance warrants, not the Justice Department. It is a matter of opinion whether the process was too easy for the Justice Department to request a warrant to watch Page. But it is the law nonetheless and the FISA court looked at all the evidence presented and renewed the surveillance. And most significantly, it was Nunes and his Repugnantan cronies who made the FISA law, just the way it is, in the first place! And voted within the last month to renew it, just as it is!

The memo is a partisan farce and nothing more. It requires that we ask if Nunes himself is involved in Russian collusion and doing this to avoid his own indictment.
