They knew it all along, as the secretary could not qualify for a full security clearance over it, yet kept him on nevertheless. And now they are denying they knew it, or that the secretary did anything wrong. It's the standard, misogynistic, sexual abuser strategy, one Dump personally knows only too well. And the hypocritical Evangelicals will keep forgiving these monsters.
