That's Dump's immigration plan. It has been projected that whites will no longer be the majority in the US by 2044, but Dump's plan will delay that for an additional 5 years. Is this really a surprise to anyone, that Dump equates making American great with it staying white? And Dump is ready to shut down the government if he can't keep out the non-whites. He is proposing the largest cut in legal immigration in 20 years, cutting more than 20 million legal immigrants in the next 4 decades. Racist much? If you don't think this is racist then look in the mirror if you want to see one.
